Maison Quesnel is a Bed & Breakfast situated in the centre of Hambye, a small town in La Manche, Normandy.

Welcome to Maison Quesnel

Lavinia is pleased to welcome you to Maison Quesnel, a town house dating back to the 16th century. The Bed & Breakfast accommodation is all situated on the first floor of this old doctor's house. There are two en suite bedrooms with king size double beds - or twin as you wish. In addition, there are two family rooms that share a shower; one room has a standard double bed, the other twin beds. Breakfast is served at the large family table in the entrance hall.

The salon and dining hall are shared spaces for the bedrooms on the first floor. There is also access to the secluded, walled garden, where there is a table and chars for the use of Bed & Breakfast guests. There is parking in the Place outside the house, or guests are welcome to park in the driveway.

Comfortable rooms

Our bedrooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. Bed linen and towels are included in the Bed & Breakfast charge, There is Wifi available in the house.

Nature walks

This area of Normandy is well known for the attractive and varied countryside. The setting of our beautiful Abbey is very picturesque. During the summer season there are weekly guided walks, many of them themed.

Places of interest

Maaison Quesnel is ideally situated to explore this part of Normandy. The D-Day beaches and Mont St. Michel are within easy reach. The beaches on the west coast are 25 minutes away, and the interesting local towns of Villedieu-les-Poeles, St Lo, Coutances and Granville have markets and history to discover.
